Match the cleaning plan to your equipment

CIP dosage depends on your equipment and process. Email info@snpdistributors.com for a recommendation based on your application.

Tell us about the equipment

  • Vessel type and equipment materials
  • Actual cleaning-solution volume
  • Soils, residue or mineral buildup
  • Local water hardness, if known

Tell us about the process

  • Available cleaning temperature
  • Contact time and cleaning frequency
  • Circulation or spray-ball setup
  • Expected supply and bulk-order needs

Once the concentration is selected, use the solution chart to measure powder for the actual cleaning-solution volume. Use the full vessel capacity only if that is the volume being prepared. Follow the approved process and verify rinsing before returning equipment to service.

Field evaluation and demonstration

A national restaurant and brewhouse group adopted pH7X® after two eight-week evaluations. Read the beer-line ATP and DipSlide results and watch the nine-hour overnight-flush demonstration. These are beer-line results; your brewery CIP process should be selected and verified for its own conditions.

Plan supply for your brewery

Order a 43 lb bulk pail, request a bulk quote or discuss recurring requirements with us. Include cleaning frequency and solution volume so we can help estimate your supply.
